JAG FOIA Record
Walkthrough · 2020–2025

Five years, step by step

How the program was planned, built, defended, and relabeled — 2020 to 2025 — each step linked to the document behind it.

This is not a vibes timeline. It is a sequence of Corps memoranda and board instructions: plan (2020), office (2021), mandate (2022), expansion (2023). Then Congress wrote merit into statute, and the response was to "press on" and fold the DEIA Program into OPOD (2024) (F1651-p0414; F1651-p0741). When the 2025 orders came, the visible council came down while board rules, the program line, and the founding memo had no documented teardown in the release.

Read it as institutional intent: what an apparatus looks like when it is being built — and what it looks like when only the brand is removed.
