JAG FOIA Record
Across the force

Across the force: the other services and the Department

Public-source context — not Army FOIA evidence. The JAG file is the deep cut; this is the surrounding machine.
Public-source context, not Army FOIA evidence. Every item below links to its public source.

The Army JAG Corps did not invent this ideology. Biden/Austin DoD and the services ran parallel DEI planning, an extremism stand-down, precepts, strategic plans, and equity action plans (C01; C03; C04; C05; C12; B05; B06; C29). This section collects publicly available records so the Corps' FOIA file sits in its true setting: a department that treated group representation as a readiness input.

Nothing here changes an Army FOIA finding. Every item is labeled and linked to its public source. Use it to see the pattern — social engineering by design across uniforms — then go back to the JAG documents for the proof of how one Corps wired it into lawyer pick, promote, and place.

Mechanism labels tell you what kind of record each item is: an executive order, an act of Congress, a SecDef or service memo, a service message, a plan, a court record, a GAO report or a news report. Full list with link checks: Sources.
