JAG FOIA Record
About

About this site and the record

This site presents the Army JAG Corps DEI records released under the Freedom of Information Act — four PDFs, 7,158 pages, posted Feb 2026 (S29) — framed for what they show about institutional intent.

How cites work. Every Army claim carries a page cite (F1708-p1649 = file 1708, page 1649) linked to a downloadable copy. Public facts carry S-, B- or C-series IDs with links to the public source.

Rules. Intent claims are about the institution and its documents. No individual is accused of a crime or of personal criminal intent. Officials appear by role title. Other-service and DoD-wide pages are public-source context, never Army FOIA evidence for an Army finding.

The standard. Merit and readiness. Group outcomes by identity are a collectivist substitute. Ending the brand is not ending the project.

How the documents were prepared

The four released PDFs are offered unaltered. For easier reading they were also split into 572 documents using machine-detected boundaries, and every page cited on this site is available as a one-page PDF. Large slide decks in the split copies were image-compressed (JPEG) to cut download size; text and redactions are unchanged.

Other-service and DoD-wide items were drawn from public records. Each link was checked; where a government site blocks automated checks, an archived copy was read and is linked.
